Well I guess  they would have to evict him and his family.    Thats not a simple task  by any means  and  would leave them homeless. AFAIK  you can  have a caravan  on your property  and move into that...

On paper  the bank probably owns  it but in reality  it will never  be off any use to them  unless they can find a buyer   for a sabotaged  property. It went up for sale  three  years ago  and still no...

Just an update to this   post. Important  court case  took place today.  The banks were  pushing for  a final eviction  order  but  the  judge ruled against it. Most of the roofs  have been  removed...

All the tradesmen  btw  who worked for this chap  were  paid every penny. Thats one of the things  I admire about him.  Like robin hood  stealing from the rich  and giving it too the poor.
